TCPMP

TCPMP is the best free video player application for Windows Mobile and PalmOS devices. While many devices have a build-in video player, this is usually not capable of handling many formats, and is quite limited in supported video formats. TCPMP supports most common video formats out of the box, and with the extra plugins, it is capable of handling nearly all available video formats.

TCPMP development has been merged into the commercial CorePlayer application, and is no longer in “official” development. Because TCPMP is opensource, unofficial development has been continued by a variety of people to improve support for newer devices. Please use Google to search for an updated version for your device if you run into problems. A search like “TCPMP for HTC” for example, will work wonders.
