No complicated, hidden registry settings. These simple steps will reset Video Converter Free to its “factory” defaults.
1. Close the application. If you encounter issues closing the application, restart your computer.
2. Open Windows Explorer and browse to your “User Profile” folder (c:usersmitch for example). Alternatively, you can type %userprofile% in the search box in your Start Menu,
or by typing it in the “run-dialog” by holding the Windows key on your keyboard and tapping R.
and tapping enter or clicking OK to open the folder location directly.
3. Look for the .Video Converter folder and select it (left-click once on it to highlight it).
4. Tap the “Delete” key on your keyboard to delete it.
Video Converter Free will automatically create this folder (and its contents) when you start it again.
