If you have a specific question in regards of DVD Catalyst 3, we prefer you use the “Email us” button in the top menu of DVD Catalyst 3 (version 3.81 or higher), because it is designed to provide us with some information that helps us in assisting you.

Please provide as much information as possible in regards of your question. If you are experiencing issues with DVDs, please try a few different DVDs to see if it’s just the one DVD.

To be able to assist you in the best possible way, please provide us with the following:

· Your actual issue. “It doesn’t work” is not helping at all, and the only response we can give to that is “Yes, it does”, because we use it ourselves all the time. Please be as specific as possible in regards of your issue, if a DVD has issues, name the DVD, if a video file has issues, what kind of file is it, is it a downloaded file, a file from a video camera, a TV recording etc. We do not share information with anyone, so there is no need to be embarrassed on the kinds of files you have.

· The device you want to create files for, and what settings you selected.

· The software title and version you are using. If you are using DVD Catalyst Free, please try and see if a trial version of one of our other products works better for you.

We are known for our support. We hold on to a single rule;

We hate waiting for answers, so we try our best to answer all questions within a timely manner. We ALWAYS respond within 24 hours, but usually we respond within a very short time (minutes). We treat each question as an individual question, and each of our responses are manually typed. No copy-paste answers that do not provide you with the information you need, and we most definitely do not brush you off. We want to assist with any question you might have, however, to be able to assist, people actually have to want to be assisted.
