While a completely new device, the Droid X features the same specifications in regards of video playback as the original Droid. In the next update of DVD Catalyst 3, profiles for the Droid X will be available, however, these are identical to the original Droid profiles already in DVD Catalyst 3, so you can use those as well.
For DVD Catalyst Free, just use the DVD Catalyst Free for Droid version.
