While DVD Catalyst currently lacks a profile for the Touch Pro2, of course it can rip DVDs and convert videos for it.
Just select Touch HD, and all settings are properly set for this device.
Most of the current/recent HTC models all feature a 800×480 screen, and can play H264 MP4 video.
The video quality can not be set too high, because due to a limitation in Windows Mobile, files bigger than 2GB will not work.
To bypass this problem, install TCPMP or CorePlayer, and use that for video playback.
