I’ve never tried to convert a DVD to mobile device format before, and although at first I found the user-interface of this program a tad confusing, the customer support provided by this developer is nothing short of ASTONISHING. On a SUNDAY NIGHT, mind you, I received a response to my email(s) within _minutes_!! And not just a terse, businesslike reply, but a friendly, detailed and absolutely helpful one that led me to my goal of sucessfully converting a DVD for use on my Palm Treo 700w. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT. Cheers!
